Green drinks are all the rage and why wouldn’t they be, they look so darn healthy and they are an awesome way to get a top up of greens. I’m still not 100% convinced on green juice – someone help! But I’m totally obsessed with green smoothies, here’s my favourite one to date.
SPINACH AND GRAPE SMOOTHIE
You need:
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of white grapes
1/4 cup of coconut milk
5 ice cubes
Blend these ingredients until smooth and either enjoy immediately or seal in a recycled jar (one of my top ways to recycle), keep in the fridge and drink in the morning for breakfast.
I have not met someone yet who has tried this and didn’t like it, it’s surprisingly sweet and refreshing.
