This is one of the fastest snacks that’s still healthy, I mean look at those lovely colours.
What you need:
1 slice of gluten free bread (toasted)
1 tomato
1 spring onion
Three slices of soft goats cheese
Now this is so fast, toast the bread, slice the cheese and pop it on the toast. Then slice the tomato and spring onion really thin and stick that on the cheese and boom you’re done!
This is such a good way of feeling like you’re eating a big fat sandwich without all the carbs. Plus, let’s face it gluten free bread can be really dry if it’s not toasted!
If you don’t fancy tomatoes, try radish and goats cheese.
