Here’s another smoothie that’s great to start your day! If you aren’t into apple and peanut butter, try this apple and raspberry smoothie. Apples are rumoured to be as good as a cup of coffee in the morning to help you wake up, now I’m not 100% sold on this but I’m willing to give it a go.
What you need:
3/4 cup of fresh raspberries
1/4 cup of oats (use gluten free oats to make it gluten free)
1 cup of almond milk
Blend until smooth, this will last into the next morning if you’re like me and pushed for time in the morning before work.
