SMOOTHIE: Avocado and banana

I am always eating avocado, no really always. If I’m not eating it on a rice cake with some hot sauce, I’m having it with some egg for breakfast! Here’s a great way to sneak it into a smoothie.

1/2 an avocado
1 cup of spinach
1 banana
1 cup of hazelnut milk

Blend all the ingredients together, only adding the water if it’s a little thick.

This green smoothie is so darn creamy it feels indulgent but it’s good for you! Now this isn’t very sweet so if you prefer a sweet smoothie add a smidge of maple syrup.
