Ok so I’m really not one of these protein gym wankers who get their protein shakers out at work (you know who you are lads). The one thing that everyone loves to joke about now that I’m vegan is “But where do you get your protein from?” EVERYWHERE IDIOTS. I do subscribe to eating protein after a workout and this morning I thought I’d mix up my usual shake with some extra bang for my buck.
What you need
1 banana
2 tablespoons PB Fit
1.5 scoops of Soy Isolate Shake (strawberry cream)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
Chuck everything in the blender, blend and drink!
What is your post gym routine?
I’ll try it! Although I’m not a fan of using protein powder 🙂
